One of the places I always come back to eat, also due to its location, both in summer and winter.
The couple who run it are uniquely sweet and friendly, they really make you feel at home.
The food is fantastic, with typical tigelle that combine delicacies and local products, as well as a vegetarian proposal that is out of this world.
Excellent prices in relation to the quality.
If you've never been there, you don't know what you're missing!

On our way back we couldn't help but take home less than 3 vacuum-packed packs.
Recently we also stopped to enjoy them sitting down. Nice environment, good crescentine and wine. The costs are not cheap but the quality is high.

The place is located on the western slope of a beautiful hill near Monzuno, the structure is an ancient farmhouse with an external part that serves as a lounge in summer.
The tigelle are good, crunchy and with different doughs, spelled, wholemeal and more. Overall they are good and the quality of the condiments is also good, although not excessive. The sweet tigelle are also good. Good quality, craft beers.
The moment of payment is a bit chaotic, especially for groups. Overall a pleasant and recommendable experience.
Takeaway is also possible.

DOC Tigelle from Bologna, artisanal, km0, well stuffed and vegan (not boring)!
Upon reservation it is possible to have a dedicated veg menu: I tried 5 savory options (photo list) and 1 sweet (pear jam) and I liked them all! The menu changes according to the season and the availability of self-produced products (certainly flour, vegetables, fruit compotes. Check out the veg cold cuts and cheeses, which are still very good).
Kind and friendly owners, with extra attention to sustainability and inclusiveness at the table ✨
Not exactly a road location (45min from Bologna, not far from the motorway exit) but the landscape is enchanting, an excellent excuse to organize a trip out of town!

Tigelle doc bolognesi, artigianali, km0, ben farcite e vegane (non noiose)!
Su prenotazione è possibile avere un menù veg dedicato: ho provato 5 proposte salate (foto elenco) e 1 dolce (marmellata di pere) e tutte mi sono piaciute! Il menù cambia in base alla stagione e alla disponibilità delle auto-prodotta (sicuramente farina, verdure, composte di frutta. Da verificare affettati e formaggi veg, comunque molto buoni).
Proprietari gentili e simpatici, con un'attenzione in più per la sostenibilità e l'inclusività a tavola ✨
Località non proprio di strada (45min da Bologna, poco distante dall'uscita dell'autostrada) ma il paesaggio è incantevole, un'ottima scusa per organizzare una gita fuori porta!
