Very beautiful villa with spacious room and a garden. We were a big group so there was plenty of space for everyone and 3 bathrooms available. The morning we were supposed to get our breakfast but there was a misunderstanding between the owner and the guardian, a bit unpleasant but we got a gift voucher as compensation so still a nice gesture Overall recommended.

I stayed with my girlfriend in a deluxe room with lake view, inside Villa Borghi (the main structure added in the photo), and I had a very good time; the staff at the reception were very helpful and the room, despite some small defects, fully satisfied our needs. Varied breakfast, both sweet and savory. For those who will be staying during this period I would like to remind you that they are carrying out restoration work inside the villa to bring it back to its former glory (especially the Ladies' room) and therefore they may smell strong, somewhat unpleasant odors due to the processing of the animal skins, nothing to worry about.

Ich finde das Gotel sehr schön. Auch wenn man eigentlich immer im neuen Teil schläft, so ist dieser doch auch sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

29/03/2024: The place is simply lovely but the service needs to be significantly improved. Over 20 minutes to order and the food is really poor, the quality is terrible (the terrible burger, frozen of poor quality) and not even a sprinkling of salt on the chips, they are also soggy. I was very disappointed to discover, after two menus were brought to me, that only the pizzas could be ordered from one of the two and not the dishes indicated, it would be fine if it were written clearly, but it is not nice to discover this when ordering, not to mention that, after telling me, the waiter immediately turned around to get another table, who arrived 10 minutes after us, and was quite annoyed when I politely told him I already knew what else to order. I understand that when there are so many tables it is difficult to manage the service, but there is really a lot of disorganization. For the rest everything is ok. I would like to return during aperitif time to try the cocktails and understand if it was an isolated incident or if unfortunately the quality is now purely touristy
