Ristorante annesso ad un hotel, che a una certa ora si è riempito di locali, dunque parrebbe molto apprezzato a Gualdo. Alcuni piatti molto gustosi (il piccione e la strapazzata), dei discreti strangozzi con un ragù di quaglia saporito ma brodoso e un enorme tagliere di affettati di cacciagione (che andrebbero illustrati) e formaggi evitabilissimi. Servizio gentile ma non molto esperto, prezzi decisamente sul basso.

Located in the center of Gualdo Tadino. We had a good time, clean environment, welcoming staff. A credit to the very kind Mrs. Barbara, of course without taking away from the others. Good job, everyone.
