À really wonderful place for a hearty and decent meal. The pistachio linguine was heavenly and gnocchi awesome. AND THE TIRAMISU is really one of the best I've ever had, ever. The cream was thick and delicious, not too sweet at all. Perfect to end your meal. 115 euros for 1 appetiser, 3 pastas and one fish, one TIRAMISU, one beer, and one bottle of still water. Not cheap, but the experience and service you get is worth it. Server was kind enough to offer new plates and forks for a dessert we brought from outside.

Very nice atmosphere, just a tavern, with checkered tablecloth, very good food, friendly staff who don't rush you, there are no shifts, normal prices, we are still in the city close to Villa Olmo

Locale carino ed accogliente, proprietario molto competente e simpatico, personale altrettanto, cibo ottimo, servizio veloce e prezzo onestissimo considerato altresì che la trattoria si trova a due passi dal lago e dalla magnifica Villa dell’Olmo

I had lunch in this small restaurant somewhat by chance. The courses were good but the service between starters and main courses was a little slow, fortunately I wasn't in a hurry. Restaurant atmosphere but a little more refined. Average prices (e.g. second courses are around 20-22 euros).

Simple but welcoming environment, excellent appetizer of Valtellina sciatt and as a first course, in addition to the good more traditional dishes, linguine with pistachio pesto and tuna morsels

Ottimi gli sciatt e le linguine al pesto di pistacchi e tonno, l'ambiente è confortevole e ben isolato dai rumori della trafficata via si cui si affaccia.

07/01/2024: This was our second visit to this restaurant, and (once again) the food was wonderful, and the beer was cold and delicious! This time we had a little bit of a wait for a table, but the location is so picturesque, right on one of the pedestrian streets up the hill, that we didn’t mind. There were families, groups of friends, couples young and old, and the staff was excellent. There was a bit of drizzle, but we were kept dry under the umbrellas. We have eaten outside on both visits, and we really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to go back!
07/11/2023: We found this nice restaurant by chance. It was full. Fortunately, a table was checking out when we browsed its menu at the entrance. All staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was so good! We absolutely enjoy every dish and the wine here.

06/04/2024: They have changed management and it shows!!! In fact, it was a pleasant rediscovery of this splendid farmhouse in Turate! Reserved, quiet, courteous, hospitable and above all prepared staff, they gave us dishes starting from the appetizers (cold cuts, cheeses, jams, bread, pasta, meat of their own production!!!) to continue with the first and second courses, cooked to perfection, compliments to the Chef!!! Prices more than fair considering the quality of the products offered, excellent choice of wines. There are still a few things to do but over time they can only do well, keep it up, because quality always pays off, recommended...
21/03/2024: Beautiful farmhouse, excellent food and very friendly wait staff... The meat is excellent, especially the cut I highly recommend it
