24/04/2024: We are both vegan and always looking for veg restaurants to try; starting from the premise that it is always nice to find one and that I hope the criticisms can help us grow. The girl who served us was always very zealous, nice and very kind. Hence the 5 star service. The environment is spacious, modern, perhaps a little cold and distracting, but still 4 full stars. The sore point is the food: we ordered an appetizer with homemade cheeses which wasn't bad; with the first courses the situation worsens: the vegetable lasagna was dry, the dough grainy, the portion small; and the pici carbonara were a little better, but the sauce was a little watery, poorly distributed, and overall thin and unappealing. The rice balls on the other hand were unacceptable: stringy, low quality sauce, the side potatoes mostly raw. It's always difficult to give negative reviews, especially when it comes to places that you hope will grow and multiply. In the end we ate everything because we were really hungry and the portions were small but I think the value for money was disproportionate. Hence the three overall stars.
