A confirmation for all the times I pass by Madonna di Campiglio. Known through "4 restaurants" it has now become a fixed point. The “1550” is spectacular and an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Ribs with BBQ sauce are the perfect side dish; but this time it was the tartare with its marrow that won 🎉 Poetry for the palate. Very good meat products. The only flaw: I would have chosen a different product for the olive oil, perhaps the one from Garda which is fantastic. I will definitely go back. Thank you

A place that has over time become a point of reference for easy dining in Madonna di Campiglio. The atmosphere is nice even if there is no window to the outside. Quick and kind service. The menu is good and has also evolved over the years. Excellent selection of beers, including home-produced ones. Reservation recommended.

Something like the Italian tgif Food is decent for an Italian American style restaurant Atmosphere is relaxing. They have nice viriety of draft beers

Dinner with friends. Almost no wait, obviously we booked and therefore found the table at the scheduled time. Waiters definitely a little under stress given the full restaurant, but an extra smile and a little kindness in the person taking orders would be good. The girls who served and cleared the table were very nice and kind. Let's start with the appetizer, very good snails, very good cooking and sauce. Fried porcini mushrooms, small portion, but good. Canederli, with Speck and Gongorzola with Speck, worth reviewing, good combination but lacking balance and softness. Dumplings in broth, good. Dumplings with butter, tasty but here too a bit of balance between composure and softness should be sought better. The rib was good, but nothing exceptional. One thing, the most advertised beer, made by them, was finished at 9pm... it's not exactly a good business card, even if that proposal wasn't bad, on the contrary. Dessert, the most requested, a little complicated to assemble due to how it is served.

Locale molto bello e accogliente. Bella la selezione di birra, particolari e gustose. Ho trovato i panini nella media, le patate sono arrivate un po’ fredde può essere a causa del forte afflusso all interno del locale. Comunque un bel posto

Partiamo dalle note positive: i tagli di carne e le relative preparazioni sono davvero ottime e gustose, al giusto prezzo, e i camerieri (oltre a essere gentilissimi) sono capaci a dare i giusti consigli ai clienti. Tutto questo meriterebbe una recensione da 5/5 se non fosse che all'ingresso è posta una persona assolutamente e totalmente non in grado di gestire prenotazioni e afflusso di clienti con la dovuta cordialità. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per le ore 22 del 1 Gennaio, arriviamo al locale puntuali e dopo 15 minuti di attesa detta persona non solo non ci accoglie o si scusa ma a nostra domanda risponde testualmente "non so quanto dovrete attendere, è tutto pieno". Quindi significa che il locale funziona su due turni ma le persone al primo turno non devono liberare il tavolo entro una certa ora (Come d'uso in qualsiasi altro ristorante). A mia rimostranza, sempre detta persona risponde: "ti piacerebbe se fossi tu ad essere cacciato?" Al che ho risposto: "sì, se prenoto al primo turno così funziona". Improvvisamente, ci fa accomodare a un tavolo libero che non aveva notato prima, lasciando in attesa altri gruppi di persone nella nostra stessa situazione. Ora, capisco l'affluenza e il giorno particolare, ma se non si è in grado di gestire dei tavoli debitamente prenotati, meglio chiudere un giorno in più ed evitare certe brutte figure. Ovviamente, alla cassa nessun segno di scusa o sconto...
