Everything is top notch, the food is delicious, I wanted to compare the shrimp here and in Tokyo and they are just as good. Our waiter was very friendly and very helpful to us. I recommend, if you come to Florence, you must visit.

A great evening with the family! One of the better hard rock cafes I've visited (around 40-50). The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. We were there for three whole hours and were able to listen to an Oasis cover band, an evening that we will remember very fondly.
A small criticism anyway, if we hadn't had the appropriate noise canceling headphones with us, we wouldn't have listened to the concert. The fact that there was nothing for the ears at a concert that was taking place on the side wasn't good, especially for the children. It doesn't cost anything to provide a few earplugs for those who find the music too loud...

A place that you can find all over the world, very beautiful and elegant with a slightly retro atmosphere. Well organized and with top notch service. The prices are above average but it is still a cult place. It is possible to purchase gadgets such as sweatshirts, t-shirts and more.

Prima volta in un Hard Rock, vista la sua fama soprattutto tra i teenager, abbiamo deciso di provare anche noi portandoci le nostre ragazzine, che a dir il vero sono state entusiaste. Il locale molto bello, negli ambienti di un ex cinema, con tanto di palco per le esibizioni delle band dal vivo. Si mangia bene, ma i prezzi sono molto alti, sia come ristorante che nello shop che si trova al suo interno, dove ci trovi di tutto marchiato hard rock! Personale giovane, molto rock! Al suo interno cimeli come chitarre, vestiti etc di grandi star della musica, da Michael Jackson a Piero Pelù e tanti altri. Ne vale la pena. Situato nel cuore del salotto buono di Firenze.

Se scegli un Hard rock cafè sai già cosa aspettarti.
Cibo decoroso adatto a tutti i palati, e prezzi con qualche euro di troppo.
Ma sai già che paghi "l'esperienza".
Nel complesso quello di Firenze non ha tradito le aspettative.
Cibo decoroso, servizio amichevole ed allegro, musica, birra decente.
Alla fine vi entri consapevole e ne esci soddisfatto.
Un plauso a baristi e camerieri che ho trovato in quell'occasione, simpatici veloci e disponibili.
