Located in the S. Paolo area, a few steps from Piazza Sabotino, not particularly convenient for parking, the restaurant is small and welcoming, divided into two rooms.
Tables not far apart but good acoustic comfort, at least on a weekday; our burgers, with gorgonzola and caramelized onions (29) and double toma and sautéed radicchio (31), both with Chianina meat, turned out to be cooked well, moist and abundantly seasoned.
The fries are good, not included in the hamburger plate.
The use of fresh raw materials was appreciated.
Good availability of beers.
Quick and courteous service.
Price a little above average but worth it.

Gourmet burgers created with top quality ingredients, beer tapping method: QBA. The place is extremely clean because the owners care a lot about it, highly recommended.

Nice place, even if a little small.
The burgers offered by the Hamburgeria are generous in size (200g) and of high quality. The cooking is done impeccably. Too bad about the chips: rustic and delicious, but not included in the sandwich!
Prices are above average, partly justified by the quality and size of the product, which are not insignificant.
I have nothing to add regarding the service: the staff is courteous and helpful. We were served quite quickly.

Very welcoming place, excellent food, lots of choice of beers....the only flaw is a little slow service but if you are in good company it becomes a venial sin.😉

Update: They removed number 25 and number 30, I'm very, very sad.
Exceptional burger, stellar bread and ingredients.
If you're looking for a good burger, for 15 euros it's worth it.

Very good sandwich, shame about waiting over 1 hour to receive the ordered products, on a normal Thursday afternoon evening
Prices much higher than average, sandwiches even costing over 15 euros and there aren't even chips on the plate (to be ordered separately at a cost of over 5 euros)
I expected better, other customers also left the place due to the excessive wait

Very good hamburger, kind managers, but we waited almost 1 hour, after ordering, to have dinner. Too much (there were two of us) considering the price.

Bel locale in cui servono solo hamburger di dimensioni generose e molto ben cucinati.
Ottime anche le patatine fritte.
Da migliorare il servizio: i clienti di uno stesso tavolo vanno serviti insieme non con un’attesa di 10 minuti tra loro.
Meglio prenotare Parcheggio difficile.

A mani basse i migliori panini che i abbia mai mangiato. Una spanna sopra anche a posti internazionali. Con una onestà, una cura delle materie prime e degli accostamenti non da 5, da 10. Prezzo adeguato e servizio attento. Il locale non è di certo il loro punto forte però si respira una buona atmosfera, non il classico fast food ma un posto ricercato dove l'hamburger si apprezza al 100%.

Sicuramente un hamburger buono, una birra media buona, l'esagerazione è avere pagato due euro di coperto inesistente... una tovaglietta di carta e le posate. Totale 21,90 per hamburger, scelto tra quelli più abbordabili e birra....
