If I had to make a comparison between the pizza I ate up until the middle of last year and the ones I had in the last period (the last one yesterday) I would say that they seem to come from two different pizzerias. the former with a soft, well-leavened dough, properly cooked and tasty, well-distributed seasonings. The latter, unfortunately, are quite the opposite. Gummy and not very digestible dough, poorly cooked and not very tasty condiments.

Super crowded place, but despite this we were served quickly. Wide choice of traditional and gourmet pizzas and particular attention to gluten free. Congratulations guys.

Excellent pizza, good variety and quality.
A little crowded and noisy on weekends as it is always full (I recommend booking)
Probably not suitable for those who want to have an intimate conversation :D

Very light dough, which melts in your mouth, quality ingredients and above all a crazy combination of seasonings!
Behind every pizza you can see that there is research in wanting to serve a unique experience to the customer.
And I can confirm that it was a truly unique experience!

Excellent as always! A suggestion though, I would try to come up with some tasty ideas for those like me who don't eat meat and fish, be careful, there are some vegetarian options, but I would dare something more "delicious" and original, perhaps including a vegetarian option even among the gourmets. I'm not saying I'm going to try out vegan, even if, by traveling a bit, I've had the opportunity to try surprising flavors from this point of view too and it would be interesting if there was a non-trivial vegan option, so I'd start thinking about it, also because (apart from Florence perhaps?) would be the first. That said, fast and lovely service as always.

Partially positive experience, certainly the ingredients used are of excellent quality and this is a note of merit given that it is rare to find a pizzeria that pays attention to this thing. I say partially because I was brought a pizza with cereal dough when I had requested a normal one and the thing I didn't like was the initial insistence in claiming that I was making a mistake, then fortunately I was apologized to and made again the correct pizza.
Other than that, the experience was overall positive.

Very special pizzas. In addition to choosing the type of pizza, you also choose the type of dough. Beers with flavors never tasted.
Beautiful place, it looks like a 5 star hotel. Very fast service and refined and kind staff.

Il locale è molto trendy, affollato ma la pizza è come quasi tutte le pizze che la gente ama:molle e gommosa.
Io non sono stata soddisfatta amo la pizza croccante. La mia era molle e dolciastra. Conto caro anche senza la pizza gourmet che costa una sassata. Non ci tornerò
