We have been in Italy for 5 days eating pizza, patties, tiramisus and octopus in all variations, each more unbearable than the other, so my judgment may be somewhat altered, but I really had an extraordinary time: each dish is made up of an alchemy of skilfully assembled flavors.
Even the revisited tiramisu is really great.
French attention to detail!
Price-wise, it's not much more expensive than elsewhere, the difference is value for money, you get what you pay for, finally! THANKS

Prima volta in questo fantastico ristorante, lo consiglio vivamente! Pietanze squisite. Ho messo cinque stelle perché li merita in pieno. Un solo consiglio: i prezzi dei piatti del giorno vanno indicati, per la trasparenza e immagino anche per legge.

Great restaurant with amazing ideas and beautiful interior! Interesting combinations. For me, the best was the artichoke with poached egg and also the ravioli with lobster, which had an interesting touch of camomile. Anyone who enjoys good food must visit!

Puur toeval op zoek naar een restaurant hier terecht gekomen. Mooi verlicht en van binnen strak modern ingericht met een gigantisch lichornament met 108 bollen.
De kaart bestuderend konen we erachter dat het echt fine dining restaurant is. Maar gelukkig hebben we geen reuzehonger en nemen één gerecht. Ik kies de linguina marzancolla, een heerlijke pasta prachtig geserveerd en heerlijk. Mijn partner koos voor de coniglio (konijn).
Als desert nam ik een klassieker(Tiramisu) zag er prachtig uit en de beste die ik deze vakantie gegeten heb.

Het tot nu meest luxe maar normaal gebleven restaurant in Locorotondo, prachtig opgediend heerlijk maar wel een goed gevulde portemonnee meenemen, zeker als je antipasta, primi, secondo en dolce neemt en wat drinkt maar een aanrader voor een speciale gelegenheid.
