Simply exceptional. Discreet and private environment. The choice of menu is particular and excellent, based on delicious tartare and particular risottos Excellent wines ....and then there is Roberto, who makes the difference with his skills, courtesy and professionalism!!! Highly recommended

A pleasant discovery!! Walking through the streets of Empoli we found this bistro that offers a selection of tartare and risottos. Curious at first glance, we decided to try the risottos and we were pleasantly surprised (so much curiosity to taste that in the photos we had already started eating 😅) A real delight for the palate, simple presentation, excellent quality ingredients and very generous portions. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Super recommended!

Everything in this restaurant is just great. The food, service, atmosphere. The waiter was really friendly and helpful, recommended the starter which was absolutely out of this world. The wine.. one of the better restaurants in Empoli!

È stata un’ottima scoperta. Risotto ottimi e tutti invitanti. Abbiamo privato anche la degustazione di tartare che conteneva 5 tartarine con vari condimenti, ottime tutte ma in particolare quella con le cipolle di certaldo. Sono stata col mio ragazzo che è celiaco e c’erano moltissime opzioni anche per lui. Il locale molto carino e ben curato (dentro più carino che fuori). La cucina a vista appezzatissima. Cameriere (e anche titolare credo?) simpatico e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente a provare altri piatti

È stata un’ottima scoperta. Risotto ottimo e tutti invitanti. Abbiamo provato anche la degustazione di tartare dove ce ne erano 5 con gusti diversi, tutte ottime soprattutto quella con la cipolla di certaldo. Ci sono stata col mio ragazzo celiaco e c’era molta scelta anche senza glutine. Locale carino e ben curato (dentro meglio che fuori per mio gusto). Cucina con vista molto apprezzata. Cameriere (e anche titolare credo?) simpatico e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente per provare altri piatti

04/02/2024: Location di montagna, semplicità e atmosfera casalinga. Sala con ampio camino che scalda l'atmosfera. Devo dire che i tortelli erano ottimi (e forse anche l'antipasto toscano che ho visto passare in sala). Grigliata poco soddisfacente..magari si salva il Fritto che era invece apprezzabile. Vengo infine al capito servizio che dovrebbe essere più attento in generale.. non si può non fornire una carta dei vini e dimenticare di aprire al tavolo la bottiglia, oltretutto dopo richiesta dare al Cliente l'apribottiglie. Cosiccome non fornire un calice appropriato. Prezzo onesto. Con poco si può migliorare.

17/03/2024: The place is very small with a childish feel, luckily we had booked. The dinner menu was fixed, the same for everyone, but still with many dishes to try. You could only choose dessert and wine. We ate very well, everything was vegan. We spent 40 euros each for dinner, with wine and dessert, and it was worth it, but unfortunately we didn't have time to have our cards read!
10/03/2024: Le Fate Bistrot...a very pleasant discovery for us ✨ Excellent vegan dinner, the rice on the Aquarius menu absolutely deserves to be mentioned 💯🤤. A unique atmosphere thanks to the landlady Serenella who pampered us and delighted us with precious advice. Thank you 💓 We will definitely be back ✨
