It could have been a negative review but on the contrary they deserve 5 stars for their behavior. I was having lunch alone and I had asked for a seat, unfortunately only external availability but I accepted, so no problem. After asking for a gnocco with meat sauce I waited about 20 minutes before receiving the dish. Dish that arrived already cold. Unfortunately, whoever brought the dishes to the table spent a lot of time explaining the menu to two American couples, evidently my first one had already been ready for about ten minutes and therefore got cold. Not wanting to cause controversy, I ate and that was it. Once I entered to pay I was asked if everything had gone well and I pointed out my not complete satisfaction with the service. In this regard, I was asked not to pay, telling me that lunch was on offer. In short, gentlemen are born. I will definitely come back to eat at this place to enjoy an excellent hot dish. I recommend going there just for the service (but also for the good food).

Very good home made food. We tried Lasagna and liver. Arrived late after the kitchen was closed, but they still improvised a very nice late lunch for us. Wine: skippable. They offer typical Tuscan food in a non pretentious setting. But very good.
