Stunning restaurant! A guarantee and I dare to say the best restaurant in the area! Careful service, raw materials used with techniques worthy of a Michelin restaurant, perhaps even better. Beautiful location with castle view and careful attention to the atmosphere. Compliments! Thank you ! Highly recommended

Servizio cordiale e professionale e cucina che mantiene le promesse. Ottime le animelle e l'anguilla laccata alla giapponese, più che buono il luccio e la tartare. Prezzi più che corretti, considerando gli ingredienti e la cura messa nei piatti.

Unforgettable dinner for couples in a well-kept and welcoming location. Warm staff, welcome prosecco, varied menu with delicious starters, first courses and second courses. Duck carpaccio and cappellacci with pomegranate are particularly popular. Wine pairing for each course, shared dessert and ending with goat's ricotta and molded wine. Recommended experience to surprise guests.

The five stars in each category are well deserved. The relaxed and professional welcome with precise and unobtrusive presentation of the dishes. The well-described menu helps the diner to pair the wine with the desserts. The pigeon menu was appreciated, the lake fish first courses and the second courses were delicious. Mouth-watering cheek. Excellent wine list. Very clean and well-maintained services and environments. We will definitely return

Excellent combination of a refined culinary technique and local products. Modern cuisine that respects the high quality of the ingredients and combines them with excellent wines (and spirits). What matters is that we ate very well and at an excellent price for the quality of the dishes.

Bellissima esperienza cibo buonissimo personale gentilissimo e location particolare. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione lago ed era tutto ottimo e accompagnato da un vino delizioso. Consigliatissimo

We did the lake tasting menu and the hill tasting menu. There were so many amazing things on both. In hind sight we should have just shared one because it was so much food, we were so full by the end. The wine we had was awesome and the server was really sweet and did her best with our horrible Italian.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in questo locale, segnalato in molte piattaforme. Cenato fuori dal locale perché il tempo lo permetteva. Ottimo la preparazione del tavolo e molto ben organizzata l'attesa dei piatti, tutti rigorosamente espressi e laboriosi. Molto interessante i vari tipi di pane da assaggiare con un olio squisito. Che dire dei fiori di zucca ripieni, dell'uovo e del baccala in tempura; tutti prelibatezze e di ottima qualità. Se passeremo da Bolsena dovremo fare un secondo giro, sicuramente!

24/03/2024: I have rarely had such a good time in a restaurant. A Sunday lunch that remains in our hearts and that we will absolutely repeat. Excellent food from first to last course. The intimate and friendly service, we forgot we were in a restaurant because we felt at home. A note of merit to the waiter Augusto who entertained us and served us with the utmost politeness and friendliness. Let's not talk about the value for money. Unparalleled. We will be back and not just once. Angelica

19/03/2024: Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.
17/03/2024: We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure
