Really excellent! Excellent ingredients, presentations worthy of renowned restaurants. Nice location, friendly waiters. What can I say... I've visited many... even not all you can eat and this is certainly of a high level (PS now it's called sole sushi fusion) Congratulations indeed!😊

Esperienza personale del locale: Cibo squisito, personale cortese a volte scorbutico, servizi igienici puliti. Punto forte: 2 sale (1 all'aperto con veranda + 1 al chiuso), cibo delizioso Punto debole: bagni poco illuminati ma comunque visibili, alla cassa per pagare è un po' lento ma accettabile

18/02/2024: Excellent Japanese cuisine restaurant in Bitonto! I went to this restaurant the last time I was home around September 2023, a really nice place, small and welcoming, wide choice of dishes and wines. We shared several dishes, the highlight is really the rolls, good and tasty, with particular flavours. Without exaggerating with the food we spent 150 for 4 people, certainly a lot but when it comes to eating mostly raw fish it is better to be on the safe side and spend a little more, I will definitely go back!
