Okay so I haven't eaten at every gelateria in Italy but I have been to quite a few. Quinto Vizio is right up there at the top. Their ice cream / gelato has that creamy and delicious taste in every lick / scoop. Ingredients appear totally natural and the gelato is not too sweet. Recommendation: If you are in Ferrara and love ice cream MAKE HASTE TO THIS PLACE

Tried this ice cream shop by chance as it found a "non-crowded" moment. I took a cup of two flavors: zabaglione and pistachio. Friendly and fast service. Zabaione was divine, with a particular consistency, a sort of delicate foamy white mousse but with the classic slightly alcoholic aftertaste of zabaione. To try! Good pistachio, you could feel the real taste of pistachio without being too sweet or too artificial, and of a nice green that wasn't too bright. I will definitely be back! 😋 P. S. The request for the hot tub on the cup was also appreciated, almost no one wears it anymore.
