Small but nice place, cheerful and bright. Young waitress, very good, prepared, kind, smiling and fast Each dish tastes better than the other, the photos I found on the internet do not do justice to the place and the dishes, I recommend it!

I really like Mexican food and I also wanted to try this restaurant in Valpolicella. Small but very welcoming and colourful. Very friendly staff. Good food with an excellent choice of traditional dishes also suitable for those who cannot eat meat. Super price. I'll be back

I'll start by saying that I'm not Mexican and my only experiences are in restaurants in the area but as far as I'm concerned this is the best I've ever tried; The location is very nice, small but welcoming with typical furniture and music. The food is truly delicious, you can feel the quality of the raw materials and preparations. Super recommended.

Siamo stati al Gato Gordo. Cibo buonissimo in un ambiente familiare. Personale sorridente, molto cortese e preparato. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cena infrasettimanale con voglia di qualcosa di diverso dalle solite proposte trentine. Locale consigliato da amici per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo che non posso non confermare! Locale semplice ma servizio attento; in due abbiamo condiviso un antipasto misto, due piatti unici a base di chili, un dolce, caffè, mezzo litro di sagria, birra, acqua e caffè al prezzo totale di 50 euro. Porzioni generose, buona qualità, ottimo gusto.

È stata la mia prima volta in questo ristorante. Ho trovato tutto molto buono. Il locale è accogliente e il personale ben disponibile.Sicuramente lo consiglio e sicuramente ci ritorno

11/05/2024: Nice location, with a great variety of Mexican dishes. Very good but not excellent dishes. Friendly service. A bit of a wait when there are a lot of people. Overall satisfied, recommended experience.
06/04/2024: Nice place, nice atmosphere, good food (I ate the original Mexican cuisine and this is great)! Very kind waiters and waitresses. The only drawback is the long waiting times. Highly recommended.

05/04/2024: There were 6 of us, one evening during the week. The place was completely full, but despite this the staff was friendly and the kitchen was quick to serve. We had a starter to share and a main course each, all very good. Obviously the sangria couldn't be missing, equally good :) definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Verona, recommended!
05/04/2024: Dinner with colleagues. The environment was a little too dark and noisy, but definitely suggestive of Mexican tradition. Good food and orders as well as fast and friendly service. I personally didn't like the dish very much, but I made a mistake in ordering because I knew I wouldn't like the avocado. My colleagues were very satisfied. So anyway, positive review. PS: room with toilets equipped for families with children.
