We were here last night, for the umpteenth time and the opinion is confirmed. We enjoyed excellent food, with traditional homemade dishes, prepared with passion. The staff is always friendly and polite and at the same time punctual. The welcoming atmosphere, to make you feel at home. Excellent!

Dining in the alleys of one of the best preserved medieval villages in Puglia is priceless and if you add a poor menu but with dishes made from the highest quality ingredients it becomes a unique experience. And we're still at the appetizer... Good selection of wines and spirits. Professional and friendly staff. There's no coffee and maybe it's for the best, otherwise you'll never get off those chairs again. Excellent excuse to take a walk and explore the rest of the historic center. Ps: I took the "combo" dish, I recommend consuming it for two so you can taste other delicious dishes from the menu
