I booked lunch here for my daughters' communion, I agreed on a menu that was appreciated by all the guests. I had a celiac person and a variation was made for her gluten-free and a vegetarian for whom a change was made. vegetarian starter and a very good selection of cheeses as an alternative to ours with meat.

Today we had a family lunch at Ferdy restaurant. The environment is welcoming, the staff friendly but above all I was impressed by the innovative reworking of some Trentino dishes, such as the "carne salada" with mushrooms or the carpaccio appetizer. The idea of serving butter flavored with anchovy as an appetizer is also good: very Nordic! My family really enjoyed the pork fillet served with mashed red potatoes and carrots. Nice place with traditional flavors but which does not lack a touch of modernity and innovation. The menu, which respects the lines of the Trentino tradition, offers an interesting proposal of first and second courses of meat. My choice fell on some excellent dumplings with cheese. The dining rooms are very well kept and the service is good. The times however, in our case, turned out to be a bit long (nothing so unacceptable on a Sunday) and the price I would say was a bit expensive. Overall very good and applause to the staff who today still manages to give life to this small mountain town.

My husband and I had lunch in this little place that we found on the street on our way...and in addition to the beautiful, recently renovated location, the young and very friendly staff, we were also pleasantly surprised by the dishes they served...I would say excellent experience.... Good carne salada, paccheri with leek bread flavored with speck and porcini mushrooms and to conclude a delicious ricotta and raisin cake... congratulations to the young chef who at just 20 years old leads the kitchen of this family restaurant... ....

I ate for lunch during a walking excursion. I found excellent food, kindness and good service. I will definitely return. I recommend the ricotta and raisin dessert.
