If we talk about fainè as an institution we can only refer to Sassu, an oven with over forty years of experience behind it, perhaps the only one in the city to fully respect the procedure that culminates in the crunchiness of the final product.

Locale dall'atmosfera avvolgente, molto accogliente riesce a farti sentire a tuo agio da subito. Personale preparatissimo, gentilissimo e davvero competente. La fainè è squisita in tutte le sue varianti. Ottima cantina. Un posto in cui tornare.
