It’s a worthy dive bar with a frigging delicious hamburger. We went for the atmosphere having walked by on our vacation to Manhattan Beach and had to go back. If you love an authentic old bar and are happy with a great cheeseburger and chips and can overlook a sticky table and a bit scary bathroom situation, this is your spot. A breath of fresh air from our usual bougie eating in South Bay. Did I mention the burger was delicious??

Ristorante Pizza Bar Magrej

28/03/2024: Absolute insider tip, highest quality at solid prices. Came here based on a recommendation from friends, otherwise we would never have discovered it. Were positively surprised. We mainly ate fish (also as a starter), which was exquisite. And tiramisu was some of the best I've ever had! By the way: Pizza looked great too, but we didn't have it.

Trattoria Riposo

18/05/2024: It's called a trattoria but it's a restaurant in all respects, a high-level restaurant! Few seats in a very refined environment and with a five-star, attentive and friendly service. The food is quality with typical and non-typical products, all plated with great care. I highly recommend it.
17/04/2024: The place is really cold, even the environment outside is miserable. The service is slow, between the starter and the main courses it took them a long time to prepare and bring them. The cutting board was also brought to us a little late. However, the platter with cold cuts and cheeses was excellent. The perch risotto was good, the osso bucco so and so. The salmi was good and so was the rice ball.
