Today we were there for lunch for the second time... Everything was nice, precise and good. Well-kept interior, exterior, food, wines and friendly, knowledgeable staff... Highly recommended...

Visited today for the first time, recommended some time ago by a trusted person. In the end I have to say "too bad it's not behind the house". The location is beautiful, the commitment to keeping everything in perfect order is admirable, from the parking lot, through the garden to the interiors. The refinement of the dishes is appreciable, even if they start from tradition, the first course is wonderful, the second course is exceptional, the dessert (their ice cream) is crazy!!!. Absolutely worth visiting! Well done, well done, well done!!!.

Un ristorante che ha una marcia in più. C'è cura del dettaglio e rispetto della tradizione. La carne all'albese che ho assaggiato era di eccellente qualità (sul crudo non si può barare) condita con un tocco di originalità e bella da vedere. Il filetto dello chef che ho ordinato era servito su una lastra d'ardesia sfrigolante che ne continuava la cottura. Contorno eccellente di patate con buccia deliziose e broccoletti saltati Quando si parla di cura del dettaglio si intendo questo: anche il contorno non era un semplice contorno ma qualcosa che ho ricordato per sapore e tessitura. L'ambiente di un ristorante ne descrive la cucina e da Enrietto i locali al pianterreno sono da fotografare: volta di mattoni a botte, muri in pietra in cui si riconoscono i sassi levigati di un torrente vicino e pavimento in mattonelle spettacolare. Un piccola sala recuperata con passione ed amore dai due proprietari che ci hanno lavorato personalmente, mi spiegava la titolare Silvana. E che hanno fatto di una vecchia cascina diroccata un tempio della buona tavola. Personale impeccabile e un giovane chef completano il quadro positivo di un ristorante ... con una marcia in più!
