"I ate today at the "Zuffa cellars" and was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the service. The menu presented a variety of dishes with "real" flavors, a beautiful presentation, and an excellent pairing with the wine. Impeccable The attentive staff and competent person made sure that our meal was memorable, providing excellent advice and ensuring our satisfaction. Thank you Augusto for your availability and for your "knowledge"

Elegante locale, "immerso" nella campagna Imolese,la grande professionalità del titolare ,sig Augusto,ha saputo illustrazione in modo magnifico i vini di sua produzione serviti a tavola. Cucina Emiliano Romagnola sublime ,pietanze abbondanti, esperienza da ripetere, grazie sig Augusto, ritorneremo presto.

Con mia moglie ci siamo fatti guidare da Augusto nella descrizione del percorso che porta dalla preparazione del terreno alla creazione della vigna, al raccolto, alla lavorazione, .....al calice di vino. Augusto con competenza e passione riesce a portarti in un viaggio fantastico che termina a tavola con ottimi piatti della tradizione locale degustando i vini frutto di 5 generazioni di cura e lavoro. Davvero una fantastica esperienza. Grazie Augusto

We had a truly memorable day at Cantine Zuffra. From the first enquiry I made over the phone around 48 hours before our visit, Augusto was extremely helpful and only wanted our group to the best experience he could provide. We had a few dietary requirements in the group but the kitchen were able to provide both vegetarian and vegan alternatives for each course, all of which were delicious. Alongside the food the wines were great and ranged from sparklings, whites, reds and a dessert wine to finish. Transport from the San Pietro train station can also be arranged at a fair rate. Could not recommend spending a day with Augusto and his team enough!

13/05/2024: This is a spacious, well decorated and very welcoming place that offers a vast selection of dishes and wines typical of the region and more. Prices are honest and reasonable; considering the quantity of food offered, the quality of the ingredients chosen and the skill of the chefs in preparing it, it is absolutely worth taking a short drive from nearby Bologna and its surroundings. I can only comment on the platters of tigelle and crescentine with cured meats, in addition to cheeses, Nutella and jams. The tigelle are crispy just right on the outside and soft on the inside. Crescentine are huge and soft, they seem to melt in your mouth; They don't even seem greasy. Cured meats, cheeses and jams leave you breathless, in every sense (they are extremely enjoyable and fill the stomach). Several years ago I was also able to try some first courses: they were delicious at the time, but I'm sure they have remained so until now. As for the desserts and digestives, even in this case, you are left speechless, simply heavenly. The heart-shaped chocolate cake accompanied by custard is not on the menu, as it was part of a menu dedicated to Valentine's Day. The staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. I have nothing else to say about this restaurant other than try it for yourself!
