We stopped for a beer and a snack, we couldn't have made a better choice! Welcoming place and staff, delicious local products and fantastic selection of beers. We will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. Highly recommended!

Piccolo locale nel borgo di Montescudaio. Ottimo cibo - ottima la cottura del peposo - ed ottima birra alla spina artigianale e locale. Ambiente raccolto e rilassante con ottima musica di sottofondo. Staff amichevole e prezzi più che corretti. Bene così!

We found this place by chance and were impressed and enthusiastic, the food is excellent, great variety and choice for people like me who don't eat meat or fish. The products, sincere and cooked in a careful and very tasty way. We took a leap into the flavors of the Tuscan territory. Great choice for craft beers and super special, sweet...extremely good, we tried all three. If you are staying near Montescudaio we absolutely recommend a stop here! Yes, go and wash your hands in the bathroom, you will be amazed!

The visit to Bibere was something special for us! We immediately felt at home. We were greeted very friendly and escorted to the table. The restaurant is relatively small and therefore feels very cozy. The restaurant has a changing daily menu with pastas, risotto and meat dishes. There is enough choice for vegetarians. The food was really delicious! I can recommend the restaurant unconditionally!

Cucina ricercata ma con stampo tradizionale, personale cortese, cibo buonissimo, ampia scelta di birre rigorosamente artigianali, ambiente carino... 5/5!!

SUPER TUTTO. Ragazzi eccezionali, gentile e con passione. Proposta semplice ma di grande qualità. Da apprezzare la birra e i fornitori indicati (su ogni prodotto: miele, formaggi, carne, verdura etc). Siamo passati da Montescudaio per 2notti ma ci siamo innamorati di questo ambiente, anche grazie a persone così, che credono nella bellezza di fare qualcosa di BUONO :) A presto!

23/03/2024: Absolutely my favorite place in Pisa! Small and welcoming place, Chiara and Francesca (the owners) are very kind and experts both in terms of wines and cuisine. They also have the advantage of often changing dishes based on the seasonality of the products! What can I say, a little place not to be missed!
03/02/2024: Comfortable and homely environment, food at excellent prices, of excellent quality with traditional Tuscan and non-Tuscan dishes. Francesca and Chiara are kind and available. Unbeatable quality/price ratio!

Il Gozzo cucina di Mare

02/04/2024: I was with my girlfriend at Gozzo on Friday evening 29 March 2024. Starting from the service, they were impeccable but don't expect a formal environment, because the owner and all the staff are nice and super welcoming. As for the food, the quality of the catch is exceptional, but not only that, the raw material is treated and cooked to perfection. The dishes are enjoyable, tasty and also refined. The quality/price ratio is crazy, eating a giant plate of raw fish, two super abundant first courses, a very fresh fish fry, dessert, water and a bottle of wine we spent less than 50 euros each. Thanks to all the staff at Gozzo, if we happen to return to Pisa this will be a must!
