Le materie sono di primissima qualità e la cottura perfetta. Siamo stati indirizzati su diversi tagli e specialità e non siamo rimasti delusi: Polpette di vitello in umido; mortadella alla brace; striscette ;salsiccia con stracciatella e funghi;tagliata semplice e con rucola e grana.
