Fantastic kitchen with professional service

After many years I returned to this place of which I had excellent memories, with two "foreign" friends who fell in love with Genoa. For a Saturday evening (a very full place) we ate very well (not a matter of course). I perceived the novelties on the menu which deviate from the Genoese tradition as added value, in our case mandilli with pesto with green beans, abundant and with excellent Pesto and lime tagliolini on red prawn carpaccio, sublime, satisfied everyone. The cuts were excellent even if the lighting did not allow us to distinguish the different cooking methods. Careful and professional service, in a very nice place in the heart of the city. If I can, I would recommend reviewing the lighting, eating in the dark or with a light bulb that works intermittently, it is a discordant note for those who dedicate themselves to catering with such passion. Prices in line with the offer.

Pleasant environment, candle on the table and soft lights. For me it should always be like this. Menu not extensive but everything extremely good. Advised.

Con mia moglie e figlia abbiamo cenato per l’ennesima volta presso questo ristorante di cucina tipica ligure e genovese ed il cui nome in dialetto genovese significa pietre rosse situato in centro storico di Genova vicino a Piazza di Sarzano con tavoli interni in diverse sale ed anche all’aperto con vista sulla via. Abbiamo preso come primi mandilli al pesto con fagiolini e spaghetti all’acciuga e nici mentre per secondo un filetto di carne. I piatti tutti buoni squisiti con porzioni giuste. Personale in special modo la ragazza peruviana accogliente competente sorridente cordiale e disponibile servizio veloce e attento mentre i prezzi cari ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti.
