Around Matera we found a cave-style restaurant, where we ate some very good pizzas with local products! I don't think they are the best pizzas in the area, but the space, the service and the good product make a perfect pairing!

This place is amazing! Food, service, ambience - everything about it. My first ever pizza in Italy and it melted in my mouth. Highly recommend

Beautiful place, welcoming, well looked after, excellent food, we had the really good pizza and amazing sausage and potatoes. Very friendly and kind guys.

07/04/2024: having lunch in a typical Sasso Matera is an experience in itself, but if you add excellent food and fast but kind service you get a memorable experience!!!

01/04/2024: Highly recommend - delicious pizzas, friendly and helpful service and fair prices! We had daviola and stracciatella and speck - amazing ingredients, generous toppings and so tasty. The room is calm and cosy and the severs very friendly.
