24/05/2024: Walking through the historic center and arriving at Piazza del Gesù you are almost forced not to see this pizza restaurant with an internal room and two large external gazibos. Generally I never stop in these restaurants that seem to be for tourists but this time driven by curiosity I let myself be tempted, then it was late, difficult to find another one open. However, the choice (there were two of us) is between two pizzas, one with buffalo mozzarella and raw cherry tomatoes and a special one: stuffed with ricotta, meatballs and ragù. The first one wasn't bad but the filling completely disappointed me. I would have expected the ragù inside the filling but it was only placed on the outside (in quantity just to color the base) leaving the inside dry and almost annoying to eat. That's why the three stars. It's unfortunate that they allow smoking in the gazibo and it's not right. Excellent service and ok bill. I must have made the mistake of choosing the wrong pizza. Next time in a new pizza restaurant I have to get the margherita. That is the real test product to evaluate a pizzeria. Regardless of context.
