Nothing exceptional about the service. Disappointing chai latte.

This is the best coffee in the whole of Italy, I swear. And I’m obsessed with the logo!

It's a young cafe, so it may sound casual. You can taste Shakerato, an Italian iced coffee. There is a seat fee of 1 euro.

We are in a three week stay in Florence, and we had not yet found a coffee place that rocked it until today. We ventured a few paces from our favorite sandwich shop on Via Dei Neri and checked out Ditta Artigianale Neri. We ordered specialty drinks- a Salted Caramel Drink and a drink called Persian Love (see menu in photos) - with soft scrambled eggs as well as granola and fruit for breakfast. They could not have tasted better. We paid 1€ for the table service and it was worth it because we met a super waiter named KEVIN who was not only adept at soft upselling (would you like bacon/fruit/etc with that?) but also checked in at the perfect times. The kitchen staff was in view from our table at the back of the restaurant, where they worked peacefully and steadily to make great food! And the young lady who delivered our drinks emanated the same positive energy. We had a great breakfast here, and we will certainly return to try new coffee drinks!

Brunch fiorentino per visitare la città "sotto" le luci di Natale; onestamente pensavo molto meglio. Il locale è minuscolo con sedute e tavolini veramente scomodi (i tavoli "migliori" sono davanti alla porta del bagno ed il che è tutto dire) e con un continuo via vai di persone che entravano anche solo per un caffè al banco. Il menù è molto ristretto ridotto all'essenziale. Non ci tornerei
