The best gourmet pizza I've ever eaten! The highest quality raw material, an exceptional product! An incredible dough! The taste of truly exceptional gourmet pizzas! Reservation required Several days in advance otherwise you won't find a place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the gluten-free pizza was also very good.

In my opinion, this is the best pizza in the province of Livorno. I've been here often for dinner because the quality of the pizza is truly exceptional: puffy crust and light dough, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I tried both the traditional and gourmet pizzas, as well as the 'piciacce' (a sort of flatbread garnished with cured meats and cheeses), but in my opinion the normal and gourmet pizzas are superior to the piciacce. I highly recommend the Margherita to fully savor the level of excellence of this pizza. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the yellow marinara; for something more special, carbonara (gourmet) is an excellent choice. The desserts and starters are also delicious. The staff is attentive and thoughtful towards customers, while the environment is welcoming and elegant. It's truly a great place and I can't wait to go back to enjoy another delicious pizza.

Everything was superb, a signature pizza, every single bite cheered up your palate, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, the only downside was the deteriorated menus, I believe that with a small investment you can aim for excellence, congratulations 🍾, I will return and recommend Dani's Shop 👍

30/03/2024: I rarely leave reviews on the internet, but here it is a must to share tonight's experience with other users: I went to dinner at Pablo and Lyuba's pizzeria, on the advice (and in the company) of a dear friend who has been frequenting their place for some time. Kitchen. Clean and tidy place, open in the new location from October 2023. Compared to the old location, from what they tell me, they have expanded a lot, and I wish them to fill the room every evening! The cooking idea of ​​Pablo, owner and pizza chef of Pizzeria Biologica, is the one that everyone should apply: natural, TRULY ORGANIC, high quality cuisine. The quality/price ratio is enviable: various types of dough with evident research and study behind it, high quality ingredients and a tomato sauce that will make you cry at how good it is. Even the desserts, prepared by Lyuba, of infinite goodness. Here too, the care and quality of the ingredients and workmanship absolutely strike the palate. Thank you Pablo and Lyuba for your warm and friendly hospitality. This, together with the aforementioned excellent quality, is the perfect combination to see me return to you VERY SOON, making your pizzas known to as many people close to me as possible!
24/03/2024: Excellent organic pizza, I am intolerant to yeast and dairy products. This is the only pizza I can eat without problems! Plus it's super tasty. The homemade desserts are also good

14/02/2024: Il volpe is a 10 restaurant-pizzeria. Excellent quality-price, but above all quality, both for the excellent food, mostly homemade, from wine to oil, from pasta to dessert, but also quality of welcome and service. There is an air of home, a contained, well-kept, clean environment. In summer we eat in the "piazza", in the cool, in joy and harmony. Their cutting boards are unmatched, the pizza is good and digestible. There's something for all tastes. It is advisable to book because despite the speed in bringing out the dishes, it is always full, summer and winter, this says a lot, ask yourself why! All the staff are crazy, they welcome you like family. Valerio often comes out to explain the dishes. Claudia coordinates the room excellently, Andrea a marvel at the pizzas. My favorite restaurant.
