The top of the top, for me the best pizza in Lazio, light dough, well leavened and high quality raw materials. What about fried foods? Dry, crunchy, far from the usual fried foods found in other pizzerias. In short, seeing is believing and it's worth even doing a few extra kilometers, according to a Neapolitan. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

Pizza ottima e digeribile, ci tengo a precisarlo dato che sono intollerante al lievito. La pizza è napoletana, i condimenti sono gustosi e NON salati come di solito potremmo trovare in altre pizzerie. Noi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ci siamo ritornati dopo 3 settimane, nonostante non siamo della zona. Anche i dolci sono squisiti. Personale gentile. Riandremo sicuramente!

Pizzeria facilmente raggiungibile, accogliente e calda. Abbiamo prenotato al secondo turno e non abbiamo aspettato per entrare in sala. Eravamo in 12, anche se alcuni un po' strettini, in quanto il tavolo era sistemato ad L (non ottimale per stare tutti insieme). Abbiamo preso un antipasto con montanare, pizza, dolce, bibita e caffè. La pizza molto buona, alcune rivisitate ma veramente leggera e soffice. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimale, non se ne trovano molte in giro cosi. Consigliata!

01/08/2023: For my taste one of the best pizzerias of my life! The owners are always very helpful and kind, the prices are really honest and the quality of the dough is very high, it is digestible immediately and they always bake on the spot. The pizza is shallow and crunchy. Margherita really top but also the white one with sliced ​​mortadella at the moment makes your mouth water!!! I recommend everyone to try it to believe it! I can't help but stop every time I'm traveling and pass through Sora! Keep it up!!!

28/05/2024: Passed by with the bike, they treated us like we were family. The dinner was excellent, ranging from starters, first courses and desserts, accompanied by an excellent homemade focaccia. Advised.
09/05/2024: I went with some friends to this restaurant which was recommended by one of them who knew it and I had a great time. Entering the restaurant, which I believe is family-run, feels like taking a step back in time (60s/80s) but the atmosphere is very good because it is furnished in a style typical of those years. In fact, in a corridor of the club, I saw one of those snap phones hanging on the wall that I used to make calls with as a boy! We sat around some tables overlooking a pleasant veranda with a terrace all full of flowers! A very nice elderly lady served us and advised us to take one of their specialties first, namely potato gnocchi with pork ribs and tomato and basil sauces and second a real specialty: vignarola (broad bean stew, artichokes and chard) all exquisitely washed down with an excellent house red wine. I also appreciated the good, fresh and fragrant bread! The service was fast (there were few customers) and the price paid was average. Advised!
