I had never eaten a pinsa and it won me over. Friendly service with a smile. Advise!

A friend took me there and I have to thank him because it was a nice surprise, everything was very good. The pinsa is really tasty, especially if you choose to make it as you prefer, "custom" 😉 When it gets full it can be difficult to hear the diner.

Probably the best pliers in Perugia!!! I've been going to Gale's pinseria for some time now and I must say that I'm always amazed by the quality of the raw materials and the precision and friendliness expressed in the service. The tongs are extremely digestible and the cooking is perfect (you can see the great experience of the staff in the kitchen of which Michele and Hernan are the spearheads). The extra note is the special pizza which is designed and changed 1 or 2 times a month with seasonal ingredients, it never disappoints. Then Gale and Angelo in the room manage to involve you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It feels like home. Highly recommended

The tongs are good, the staff are friendly, the place is a bit noisy (and the place is ugly, inside a busy roundabout, next to a petrol station)

Ho osservato le precedenti recensioni ed ho notato le foto caricate delle pinze mangiate da altri clienti ma ad occhio non sembra quella servita a noi recentemente, molto diversa nel gusto e nella forma.Prezzo un po' alto per quello che abbiamo mangiato, comunque nel complesso serata discreta.Grazie

La pinsa e' buona quando si mangia il problema e' digerirla!!! .e' troppo carica io ho dovuto prendere 2 camomilla la notte, e non era una cosa solo mia anche una mia amica del tavolo ha avuto la notte gli stessi problemi....consiglio cucina meno elaborata sul impasto fatelo più semplice e digeribile
