Non è facile fare ristorazione in un’area geograficamente complessa. Stasera abbiamo degustato un tripudio di funghi , ottimi antipasto e un buon bollito misto con salse.

Locale storico e da sempre gestito dalla stessa famiglia. Abbiamo pranzato con portate a base di funghi il tutto buono e ben cucinato. La pecca è che il locale non è pulito, piatti scheggiati tende da lavare come pure le tovaglie.

I read the previous reviews and I don't agree with them one bit, the restaurant is very nice and clean, the service was very fast, the Easter lunch was excellent, they were very honest and kind. We thank all the staff who allowed us to bring our furry baby without making a fuss 10 stars if I could

Like mama used to make! Francesca the owner is great, very attentive. The food is typical Piemontese with a nod to neighbouring Liguria, and there are good options for veggies and pescatarians too. I loved the mushroom dishes, and it's a very fair price too.

I was there on a Saturday evening in July, very happy with the choice: the dishes are real delicacies and Mrs Francesca knows the art of catering like few others. Advised!

07/02/2024: Today I stop for a work lunch. The place is not on a thoroughfare and the address is marked, the navigator gave me it close but not in the exact place. For those with disabilities, they must arrive by car on a small road that runs alongside the car park to reach the entrance avoiding the steps. For the rest, the decor of the place is a trattoria, the staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is familiar. The bathroom is clean. I had a good time, as a first course I had spaghetti all'arrabbiata which I liked, as a second course I had a really good, very tender carpaccio, a side dish. The portions are generous, the bulk wine is good, the bread excellent. The coffee is good in a paper cup. The price 12 euros, super honest. For those who, like me, like a simple and familiar environment, the place is highly recommended. PS.: a company at a table near me, evidently regular customers, cut a panettone at the end of the meal and offered me a slice too (first time they saw me) I got up to take the slice and the owner promptly extended a dessert plate...
20/11/2023: Don't miss the tartare and the meat in general... Always fresh and delicious! Friendly staff, makes you feel at home. Absolutely recommended!

07/04/2024: every now and then we wonder why certain people leave such severe comments after only setting foot there once... this is not the case in my case, and probably not in the future either. in short: excellent in everything 👍
24/02/2024: At COCO Caffè Bistrot you can find quality, smiles and professionalism. An excellent location in the heart of Casale Monferrato, with convenient parking right in front, for a pleasant tasty break!
