24/03/2024: A sophisticated place in the center but with average prices, extraordinary interiors where I recommend eating, even if it is possible to stay outdoors. Absolutely recommended. Excellent products.

Al David - La Vineria con Cucina

18/11/2023: Happened by chance on a Monday in November. One of the few restaurants open for dinner in the center of Trieste. The location is very characteristic, a nice tavern with tables also outside where you can breathe a family and convivial atmosphere. Fast and friendly basic service. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga was very good, too bad it got cold immediately, perhaps because it was served barely warm. Octopus tentacle with pea cream soup and excellent burrata. Amazing chocolate cake. Account in the norm. For me it was a good experience. Pet allowed. I advise.
17/08/2023: If you want to visit Trieste don't forget to have lunch, the first courses are very good
