Characteristic place, ironic but professional owner, excellent cuisine, consistent bill.
Surely you cook thinking of something sublime for the customer and characteristic of the owner, otherwise you just cook, which is not trivial.

Very typical environment and helpful owners. Being vegan they offered a series of suitable options and I was very impressed by the sautéed fava bean skins. An anti-waste dish rich in flavor and unheard of. A compliment for creativity!

A restaurant can be a short experience in your lifetime.
At Alighiero we spent some truly special moments,
I thank Gianni and his staff.

I think that many, like me, choose this restaurant because it is recommended by Michelin. I ate well but, despite the good food, a smiling and kind cook, I wouldn't go back: the owner is rude!!! Food is synonymous with conviviality

A romantic atmosphere that takes you back to old times. The food was very tasty and prepared according to our wishes, even if it was not on the menu. The pasta is excellent. The hostess is very helpful and hospitable. Perhaps for consideration, the waiter was acting a bit untidy. You would just add a longer apron to it and it would look completely different.

Amazing place. We ate there 3 times in a week. Silvia Gianni are fantastic, great personality, better food. Absolutely recommend.

Ristorante tipico ad Anghiari. Piatti molto buoni, consiglio vivamente di assaggiare il fegato e i dolci. Conto troppo caro.
