The experience is worth it. Although I don't have much experience in "sophisticated" places I can say that I was definitely satisfied; I and my fellow diners.
We had dinner here this Saturday evening. We asked if possible for a tasting with accompanying wines; request granted without hesitation.
4 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course and two desserts plus focaccia and breadsticks constantly replaced; 4 glasses of wine.
The boy who looked after us, serving us the dishes and advising us, was kind, professional, detached but not too much, friendly but not intrusive.
The quantity of food for each course, despite it being a tasting, is very honest and allows you to enjoy the dish decently and not just taste.
In short, we were fully satisfied with everything.
We are not experts in the sector, we are 3 brothers who treat each other to special dinners on the occasion of birthdays and to this day I can say that overall this is the best place we have been to for these occasions and we will certainly return.

Il ristorante è piccolo, ben arredato, con pochi tavoli ma ampi e separati tra loro. Il servizio al tavolo è abbastanza adeguato ed è affidato a ragazzi giovani. Il menù alla carta, irreperibile sul sito e quindi si va "al buio" (nota negativa) è costituito da poche pietanze e questo, secondo me, è un punto a favore. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti e tutti erano ottimi, a parte forse gli gnocchetti nei quali prevaleva troppo il sapore del cavolo romano. Anche i dolci, molto buoni, in particolare la tarte tatin. Consiglio di introdurre un' entrè offerta dallo chef (è prassi in tutti i ristoranti di livello medio-alto), un piccolo dolce (può essere anche un biscotto, un mini macaron..) in accompagnamento al caffè e, ultima cosa, manca la figura del cuoco in sala, inteso come un saluto veloce ai tavoli o all'uscita, credo sia un gesto di cortesia e ringraziamento per gli avventori. Detto tutto ciò, lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Excellent quality and good food.
However, expectations were too high compared to what we ate.
Perfect starters, while the first and second courses did not have intense and defined flavours.
The very high cost.
However, if you want to justify the high price to fit into a certain category of restaurants, it would also be appropriate to serve entrées or a dessert.
Attentive and kind service, elegant atmosphere.

Locale spettacolare e servizio al top. I piatti buonissimi. Sostituirei la focaccia troppo unta con un pane un po’ più ricercato .Peccato forse il costo del menù pranzo fissato a 20 € per una portata. Io toglierei il calice di vino incluso lo metterei magari a 17,00 €…
