So I'll start by saying that the pizza is really good; I've tried many pizzerias throughout Vicenza but this one surpasses them all... so that's the positive. The negative: very rude people and staff, if they feel bad they respond badly. I personally order at home... and the pizza arrives twice on time and 6 times late by at least 30..40 minutes... and if you say something to him instead of apologizing or feeling sorry... I answer you badly . I think that...if there isn't one, you have to make it with the orders, you have to tell your customer clearly rather than always arriving late
