I can say with certainty that it is not the usual pizza, you can immediately feel that the quality and choice of ingredients make the difference, and the difference is notable. The dough is light and tasty and the cooking is perfect and not burnt as often happens in all pizzerias, the sauce is of excellent quality and the mozzarella has all the taste of real mozzarella from the past.
