We went to Coxinendi for dinner and tried the tasting menu, based on fish. Six courses to discover, with unique and fun flavours. From bread to dessert we liked everything. The service was also impeccable, the dishes were explained to us by both the chef and the waiter, who followed us throughout the dinner. We had a really nice evening, definitely go there!

We had lunch at Chef Davide's to celebrate my mother's birthday (an experience we had already had last year which left us ecstatic)
This time too Davide made us savor dishes with combinations that express the true poetry of culinary art.
Passion and research into the freshest and most seasonal raw materials, from fish to mushrooms and wild vegetables
of our land expertly cooked, the rediscovery of mastic makes its cuisine a trademark.
Hospitality and service, with attention to the smallest details, make you feel at ease and pampered.

We've been wanting to go to @coxinendi for a long time and we finally did it. 1,170 km that separate the upper end from the lower end were worth it all: from the chef's welcome to the dessert.
Here, in the shadow of the judicial castle, Andrea Atzeni, after having served in renowned brigades across the Alps, returned to Sanluri in 2019. Together with his partner Sara Serpi, between a pinch of recklessness and audacity, they opened this small restaurant named all Campidanese. The dishes are extraordinary, simple in raw materials and mixed with great wisdom and refinement.
Sardinia is all there: from the wild herbs that enliven it, to the legumes, to the herbs, to the generous citrus fruits. A very strong connection with the places that explodes with originality and ingenuity in the dishes we tasted. Chicoriette, chickpea ricotta, smoked carrots with wild garlic, cauliflower couscous, a sumptuous stewed sheep, monkfish ravioli, the very funny and fascinating dessert of Mont'e Prama, all to be discovered armed with a paintbrush and finally a curious crunchy and soft meringue, sweet, aromatic and a little internationalist.
But it's better not to say anything else because then you risk taking away that necessary curiosity that drives you to go there. And really go there because these are the restaurants worth encouraging

I really liked the place and the service. The dishes are very original but the tastes need to be refined a little. The portion was perhaps a little small, especially on the first course (I took the ravioli). Medium-high range prices.

A cena in coppia, abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione che include 6 antipasti da condividere, primo, secondo e dolce. Menù principalmente a base di pesce, con piacevoli aggiunte di carne. Piatti tradizionali con sperimentazione ed inventiva, materie prime eccellenti, gusto e porzioni non-minimal. Insomma tutto ottimo. Servizio presente ma non invadente. È stata una piacevole scoperta che consigliamo vivamente.
