I really appreciated the possibility of eating outdoors, even if it is not an internal courtyard and does not enjoy a particular view. The cuisine is typical Piedmontese and of good quality, with traditional appetizers such as veal with tuna sauce and cooked salami. The first course with white ragù was also appreciated, very tasty and a generous portion. Price in line with expectations, friendly and punctual service. The house white wine (arneis) in bulk is also good, fresh and perfect for a spring meal.

Exceptional. One of those places that you hope will never close, but, unfortunately, are being lost and that no starred restaurant will ever be able to replace. Traditional Piedmontese food and local wine. Everything excellent and plentiful. Well done 👏👏👏

Siamo stati a cena sabato sera e i piatti potevano essere buoni se non fossero stati troppo salati. Ma il cuoco non assaggia i suoi piatti? Sia il tortino di verdure che la zuppa di cipolle erano salatissimi. Il resto dei piatti un pochino meno, ma sempre troppo. Di positivo invece è il fatto che abbiamo digerito tutto senza problemi, che vuol dire che le materie prime sono di buona qualità.

Sono stato a pranzo, il cibo è cucinato bene ed i piatti rispettano i canoni della cucina piemontese. Consiglio la trattoria, provatela.

10/12/2023: If you pass by Asti go and buy the classic Polentina (a dessert from Asti) shall we bet that you will come back? And then they are nice despite the crowd at the counter where there are also other types of desserts that you just need to look at them to see that they are made with love and dedication to work
