Colognole In Pontassieve

Today we did a wine tasting at the Colognole winery (located next to the agutarismo Colognole chianti), a DOCG Gianti. A very nice welcome from Francesca, who speaks excellent English. Nice information about the estate and the wines of Colognole. In addition, a delicious tasting of the estate's wines. As a snack with local products and freshly baked bread, which tasted very good. We thought it was a very nice experience and highly recommend it.

This place is simply fantastic. Beautiful nature, calm atmosphere and enchanting rooms. One of most wonderful places I have ever visited. We wanted to use this place as a base to visit Fiorentina but I had to stay and only read books and rest.
