Easter menu was special, we ate really well!

Great place, from all the standpoints. Genuine and delicious food, attentive and caring service, nice music/lights.

we had some fears...but the dinner was excellent: really good red snapper sandwich and seared tuna. Surprise with the dessert: PARMIGIANA...incredible, congratulations

Impeccable cuisine, service, restaurant room. Creative, sophisticated cuisine with generous portions. Nice presentation. Attentive, polite and pleasant staff. On the other hand, the attitude of the bosses is deplorable. Not a word, not a look, not a polite gesture towards customers. Only present to collect. The height was when they sat down in the middle of the restaurant to dine and be served by the staff. Never seen !! Pitiful!

Celebrated the anniversary here with my partner and later I took my parents there when they came to visit us, because we were amazed by this pearl in Ortigia. The prices are certainly more impediments than the average, but it must also be said that they are not that high for being in Ortigia and it is certainly the only place on the island where what you eat is worth every penny of what you spend, then I must admit that I was lucky because both times I took advantage of 50% on TheFork, so the account became very accessible for any wallet. Speaking of the most important things, when I was here with my partner we had a snapper sandwich and panelle as a starter, linguine with prawn, aubergine and pistachio as a first course and two Clandestino as desserts and it was all simply breathtaking and the word, an explosion of flavors curated down to the slightest hint, all balanced, sensible and well present, as well as perfectly presented. The only thing I feel like commenting less enthusiastically is the portion of panelle and cured meats which, given the price, you think could be increased. Yesterday my family and I had a seafood salad, a snapper sandwich, chopped prawns with mozzarella and fried fish with mayonnaise (although it would be a second course which they kindly brought us as an appetizer) as starters and already from that the quality and perfection of the flavors was confirmed, very fresh fish and all balanced accompaniments, never overwhelming the flavor of the fish, but always enhancing it. As a first course we had the linguine mentioned above, the gnocchi, the mezzepenne, bacon and artichoke cream and the Siracusana and here too everything was simply exciting. We finished with the sweet parmigiana which my father commented with, "I would have gotten up to hug the chef." I won't add anything else. Attentive and always polite service, available to smile and laugh but always in a non-intrusive and extremely polite manner, with timing that really leaves no room for criticism. The environment is very nice, elegant and further embellished by excellently chosen music. Very important thing: the temperature of the room is perfect. I've had to leave clubs in the past because it was too hot. Perfect. Really. Perfect.

I piatti sono molto curati e i miei commensali hanno apprezzato forse sono stata sfortunata ma mi è rimasto il sapore della cipolla in bocca tutta la sera per il polpo con le patate . In ogni caso il prezzo è alto anche con lo sconto. Da considerare quando si prenota. Abbiamo chiesto delle panelle di accompagnamento costate 16 euro.
