03/04/2024: Lunch on Saturday 30 March, Easter Eve. 8 people at the table, some had a first course, some a mixed fried dish, some some meat. Nothing special, but in the end the biggest disappointment was in putting into my mouth all the pastas ordered (from bigoli with wild boar ragù to paccheri with pistachio): in fact all the pastas prepared and brought to the table, although the condiments were good, presented the same problem: Pasta completely raw to the limit of edible. According to other friends who ate at Quite it wasn't just a problem on that day....alas!! Result: lost customers and negative review I'm sorry but a bit more attention is needed, given that the customer pays not even that much!!! Read the owner's response after the review. I don't want to denigrate anyone nor is it my habit..... to protest if something isn't right. I sign and I remember!!!
