11/05/2024: We recently stayed at the Baita di Ispra and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The welcoming and authentic atmosphere of the place immediately won us over, while the kind and attentive staff made lunch even more pleasant. The vast selection of Bavarian dishes allowed us to taste real culinary masterpieces: - meatball offered by them with honey and mustard cream as a welcome -pretzel with cream cheese and daikon (typical Bavarian radish) -typical Bavarian ravioli browned with onion - trio of artisanal frankfurters, veal, beef and pork, with a side of sauerkraut -baked pork shank with rind, with a side of sauerkraut and dumpling -apple pie with whipped cream -apple pancakes with cinnamon and vanilla ice cream -three light beers and one dobbelbock, all unfiltered or pasteurized Total 108 euros, a price in our opinion very honest for the quality and quantity of the offer. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to have an authentic gastronomic experience in a unique and evocative setting.

09/05/2024: Always an enjoyable experience when we’re feeling tired of Italian and want to enjoy some authentic german cuisine this spot never fails to deliver. Especially the fondue and spätzle always the best !
