When they say "the perfect restaurant"..... Elegant but informal environment, intimate and refined, sober with good taste. Proportionate menu, with attention to detail with raw materials of the highest quality and always in season, perfectly balanced recipes, in a Piedmontese style but decidedly original and refined. Room and kitchen managed in an impeccable and punctual manner, with a strong and not obvious competence, also in the field of wines, and a well-stocked and varied cellar prepared for every necessary pairing. Not only do I recommend this restaurant, but I consider it a must, as long as you are able to handle the inevitable addiction!!!

Historic restaurant in Occhieppo...not very big...but very pleasant service and food! The business lunch... very nice!
