Cibaria In Palo del colle

A very nice restaurant, the food is good, the pizza is truly fantastic! What I appreciated is that nowadays they serve more and more Neapolitan-style pizzas instead they give the possibility to choose, without taking anything away from the Neapolitan pizza, but ours is also really good and I must say that at Cibaria the pizza is really very good... unfortunately we went on a Saturday evening and therefore the waiting times are longer, I hope to go during the week. The staff very friendly.

Excellent appetizers, excellent sandwiches, equally the pinsa. The pizza (the dough was good), depending on the tastes and therefore the toppings, was not cooked properly. We were delighted with the set of dishes used.....better than at home. Excellent beers on tap and compliments to the owner who welcomed us and served us like friends. The only flaw is the door between the external and internal environments which has often put the service workers in difficulty.

If you are traveling for work there is nothing more beautiful than feeling relaxed like at home when you find a place to eat... here I have it, or rather we found it! Those who don't eat gluten like me have found more than a little rice! I found real good food made and designed with love and professionalism... not a sad substitute! Love and dedication radiate from the walls and from the souls of those who work there Thank you so much for all this Ale
