Adoro questo posto immerso nel centro storico di Sora. Ci sono affezionato per tanti ma tanti motivi e uno di questi è che qui trovo sempre dei prodotti unici preparati con professionalità e passione da persone che amano il proprio lavoro e che amano soprattutto far mangiare bene i propri clienti. I prodotti tipici ciociari li trovate qui dove ci si sente a proprio agio sin da subito grazie all'accoglienza dei proprietari che sono sempre attenti nel fornire un servizio di altissima professionalità.Bravissimi

27/04/2024: We are always searching for authentic and delicious food. This restaurant came with a twist of extra creativity. All the dishes surpassed each other in the quality of ingredients and preparation that exceeded our expectations: a symphony of flavors! We cleaned up our plates and it was a lot of food! Have not tried their primi and that’s a great excuse for us to come back. We focused mostly on the meat side of the menu: the tartare was flavorful, hand cut and melted in our mouth. The filet mignon au poivre vert, cooked medium rare and just perfect! Bufaletta - a local specialty made with water buffalo meat so very soft and flavorful. Although we were totally full, we could not skip on their version of “scomposta” dessert - perfectly balanced lightly sweet chantilly whipped cream, berries remoulade and crispy puff. We will be back!

27/10/2023: Ristorante scelto dopo la visita all'Abbazia. Piatti ben presentati e personale efficiente. Purtroppo diverse scelte nel menu non erano disponibili. Abbiamo ordinato mozzarelle di bufala e prosciutto per antipasto, poi 2 secondi (grigliata di mare e tagliata con rucola e parmigiano) e verdura ripassata. La qualità della carne non era delle migliori, il taglio proposto era troppo grasso, invece la grigliata di mare era buona. Per finire cheesecake ai frutti di bosco. Conto totale di 67€ con acqua e coperto.
