It's good. A little too salty for my taste and the tripe it would have been better if the falavours were more present.

It tastes really ordinary. The reason there is no smell of pork tripe at all seems to be because all the tripe was removed rather than the sauce and a large amount was used. This is a dish for Westerners who do not understand the taste of pork intestines. The portion is enough for one lunch.

A small stall serving tasty sandwich （panino con lampredotto） needs to queue but not a long wait. Quite juicy and soft, highly recommended for someone want to try new thing. And there are many bags stall there to kill the waiting time. (I bought one bag 😂😂)

Historic kiosk serving excellent lampredotto, always very crowded and appreciated by both locals and many tourists. Recommended for those who want to taste an authentic lampredotto

Wow! On the left you can find a small place where you can sit and eat and which is not full of tourists. Good wine, but €1.5 helps make the sandwich fit better

14/11/2023: My boyfriend and I decided that this was the best dinner of our days spent in Florence. The place is welcoming and sweet, the owners put us at ease with their friendliness and advice. The food was impeccable. We ordered lampredotto meatballs (very good), pappardelle with wild boar ragù, tortelli with white ragù and the peposo. All very good. Highly recommended!!
