Wonderful experience, as usual kind and friendly. The impeccable service, they managed to make the experience pleasant and fun! I ate the Scarpetta pizza, a more than welcome discovery. Only flaw? After half a day I was already full! Then the clean environment with attention to detail. Congratulations to all the staff, their kindness and professionalism.

VERY GOOD PIZZA, BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT THE SERVICE!!! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, if not the best. However, the service was not up to par. The evening began with the waiter who, while taking the order, instead of writing the pizzas in the notebook, opted to shout each pizza ordered towards the kitchen. This behavior created an unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere. After ordering drinks, we had another disappointing surprise. A bottle of beer was opened for us, but unfortunately the waiter spilled the entire contents onto the table. Additionally, when they brought the beer back to us, it wasn't in another bottle as we expected, but was already poured into the glass. This made us suspect that they had simply spilled the previously spilled beer. On top of that, the table was not cleaned after the incident and we were forced to fix it ourselves. During dinner, we were served a different pizza than the one we ordered. When we pointed out the mistake to the waiter, his response was surly and insisted on being right. Fortunately, after insisting, they made the pizza again and this time it was the correct one. However, the unfortunate error coupled with the unprofessional reaction of the staff further compromised our experience, causing inconvenience and confusion. Bottom line, the owner forced us to pay for everything together, without accepting separate payments. This attitude added frustration to our already disappointing experience. I recommend the take-away option.

Very good pizzas, right seasoning, quick service, very welcoming and available to the customer. Excellent. (in the photo I show half the pizza with sausage and porcini mushrooms and half with pumpkin cream and bacon, super!)

An excellent pizza which, coming from a yeast intolerant, is highly digestible and... Free of unpleasant side effects for those with this intolerance.

We ate at several pizzerias during our stay in Tuscany and Rome. This is the one that was least etched in our memory, without being bad. Something the cold meat that smelled a bit strange, something the dough that was burnt in various places, something that not all the combinations were so successful... We didn't try his own specialty to be honest, but in general we weren't thrilled... Don't get me wrong, it's a good Italian pizza, like many though... I'd give 3.5 stars if I could..

Simple hoax, simply super. Dark Gran Riserva craft beer with glasses. Fast and efficient service. Maybe, in my opinion, the tables are very close... Nothing bad, light topics.

La pizza di Chicco si descrive con una sola parola *stratosferica*. La scelta tra le varie pizze gourmet è davvero difficile, la ragazza che ci ha aiutato a scegliere (gentilissima) ci aveva suggerito la degustazione con assaggi di pizze a scelta... noi però abbiamo preferito concentrarci su una solamente e abbiamo tutte preso la pizza gourmet al SALAME DOLCE, PROVOLA E CIPOLLE CARAMELLATE, scelta che dobbiamo dire è stata felicissima. Potete scegliere se la volete napoletana classica col bordo alto oppure scrocchiarella.. noi per non fare torto a nessuno ne abbiamo prese mezze in un modo e mezze in un altro... Il connubio con la pasticceria Barone (altra garanzia) ha fatto poi da ciliegina sulla torta con il Rocher al Pistacchio... Prezzo più che congruo. Da provare e poi riprovare... non ci possiamo mica fermare ad un solo tipo di pizza!!!
