Caveau In Bitonto

Il menu di questo ristorante non delude mai, ingredienti di ottima qualità, con una varietà di ricette tradizionali ma anche perfetto per chi vuole sperimentare piatti più ricercati e insoliti con influenza più esotica. Ieri abbiamo anche presto una ottima pizza e spaghetti all’assassina, che consiglio di non perdere…. di gran lunga i migliori che abbia mai assaggiato.

The pizza is excellent, you can make it with either thin or Neapolitan dough.

The restaurant is located in the central area. Upon entering you notice the care with which it was created. Excellent visual impact. The combinations of the pizzas were really good, while the "Neapolitan" dough didn't convince me much. Fast service and friendly staff, but at least I would have expected it to be less anxious, I understand that it was a Saturday, but there was no one waiting outside. Prices average for the area

Kindness and friendliness of the staff, spacious and nice place, and an exceptional pizza, 👏👏👏 congratulations for everything....

Restaurant that offers innovative cuisine but with typical dishes of Puglia. Portions and quality of food at the top, even low bill given the abundance on offer. We will definitely be back as it has become one of our favorite restaurants in Bitonto. Too bad for the choice of wines (two of those we asked for were absent) and for a lack of attention in the service (at the end of the meal no one asked us if we liked a dessert or a bitter).

Located in one of the main squares of Bitonto close to the historic centre, the Caveau offers guests not only a good pizza, but also first courses, stuffed pucce and there is also the possibility of drinking cocktails...We chose to take some classic pizzas, with the possibility of choosing the type (Neapolitan or typical Barese), opting for the classic Barese... the dough is digestible, the pizza well seasoned (I recommend the one with 3 tomatoes or the Caveau)... limited choice of beers on tap...excellent French fries with skin... Very very slow service... we waited more than an hour to be served... too bad

A beautiful place in the center of Bitonto. A welcoming atmosphere and customer care reign supreme. Everything delicious from starters to dessert. Excellent value for money.

Locale grande e con tavoli all'aperto . Servizio molto disponibile e cibo di ottima qualità e molto abbondante. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Da riprovare assolutamente!
