Happened by chance with my son we were welcomed with familiarity and professionalism. Aurora and Simone pampered us with their Apulian-scented dishes. All excellent but I particularly recommend the octopus salad and the orecchiette with turnip greens, sausage and dried tomatoes. Excellent quality-price relation. Thanks ❤

Nice place in the square in the historic center of Spoleto. Service a little slow, menu with few dishes (especially the second courses). Excellent pasta with truffle and normal gnocchi. Helpful and pleasant staff. Prices perhaps slightly high compared to the average of other restaurants in the area. Anyway, recommended place!!

Excellent lunch with friends, table for eight with a child. Very kind and willing to adapt the dish to the needs of the little one. Nice and friendly staff. Varied and very good dishes, we all took different foods and they were all appreciated. A plus is the toast offered by the owner to celebrate the new year.

We ate well, my boyfriend's macaroni with pheasant ragout was very tasty, my soup with legumes wasn't special but still good. Nice and nice environment. Water included in the cover charge together with the bread.

26/01/2024: Pizzeria favolosa, un menù molto ricco e molto particolare che cambia puntualmente al passaggio dall’inverno all’estate e viceversa. L’impasto della pizza, disponibile in tre diverse variazioni, è davvero squisito, croccante al punto giusto e digeribile. Le pizze hanno gusti molto particolari e ricercati, con ingredienti freschissimi e abbinati in modo tale che un gusto esalti l’altro. Ogni pizza è associata ad un cocktail che è possibile scegliere al posto della classica birra. Ottimi anche i fritti e i dolci! La qualità non va solo conquistata ma anche mantenuta e questa pizzeria sa farlo, per questo ci torniamo sempre volentieri e non rimaniamo mai delusi, sempre accolti da personale gentilissimo e disponibile!
22/11/2023: Ho preso una pizza Fico ed una pizza Fuoco. Impasto superlativo. Pizza di altissimo livello. Consigliatissimo.

12/02/2024: A place with an important and well-kept entrance that allows you to savor the artistic beauties of Spello! A simple but refined cuisine with good products and prices appropriate to the offer offered. Very welcoming and kind staff... just more attention in serving the whole table together... but it is also true that we arrived in three families with 3 people each with different requests! A 10% welcome compared to the nearby Osteria DeDada which seated us outside so as not to push two tables together... stop at Cavour, you won't regret it!
